Yoga Lifestyle incorporates a sense of balance beyond the yoga mat into
daily routines, relationships, and emotional regulation.
Ayurveda is an ancient holistic medical system based on the interconnection of body, mind, and spirit, and maintaining balance between them is essential for good health. It recognizes that each person has a unique constitutional type (dosha) composed of five elements, and uses dietary, yoga, lifestyle, and herbal protocols to restore balance when disruptions occur.
In the Pranic Awakening course, you'll receive personalized education about your dosha and learn practical tools to cultivate vibrant health through ayurvedic principles and yoga therapy. You'll gain essential knowledge about diet, energy healing, and lifestyle adjustments that help you thrive.
Ayurveda and yoga were developed to be practiced together to help us live in harmony with nature according to our mind-body type. It offers multiple intricate systems to address every aspect of health, free of side effects.
